KIDS DAY Hall of Fame Program               Nomination Form

 

The KIDS DAY Hall of Fame Program is the perfect opportunity for the community to honor the extraordinary achievements of Downey’s youth. Community leaders, employers, teachers, coaches and parents are encouraged to nominate outstanding young people(grades 1-12)who are achieving academically, athletically or improving themselves and their community.

 

All nominees are invited to the KIDS Day Hall of Fame ceremony on Wednesday, May 2^nd at 7pm at the Downey Theatre. During the ceremony the top nominees, as determined by a neutral panel of community members, are inducted into the Hall of Fame. All nominees and inductees receive a “goody bag” and special certificates of achievement.
