SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
APRIL 5, 2007 - The City of Downey is currently recruiting for several positions within the Community Services Department for temporary, summer employment. Positions are available with various day camps, working with children between the ages of 4 and 14, plus the aquatics program which serves all ages. The City of Downey is seeking individuals who have a passion for teaching and protecting the public in water safety. The aquatics program operates at the Downey High School Aquatic Center and the day camps are held at various parks throughout Downey.
