If a member of the public would like to submit a public comment to be read on record at a City Council meeting or Planning Commission, please use CCPublicComment@downeyca.org for City Council Meetings and PCPublicComment@downeyca.org for Planning Commission meetings. These email addresses can be used for any public comments for any item on the agenda or non-agenda public comment .
