The Community Development Department includes the Building, Housing, Economic Development, Code Enforcement, and Planning Divisions. New R-1 Development Standards

The City is pleased to announce new Residential Development Standards and Design Guidelines in your neighborhood. The City Council adopted new standards on May 25, 2021. The Standards can be found here at our development standards webpage, and also in the City's Zoning Code.
