City Council Meetings happen every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers. The agenda for the City Council Meeting is posted 72 hours prior to the meeting. Agenda packets with supporting documents are available at www.downeyca.org; City Hall - City Clerk's Department, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; and, the Downey City Library, 11121 Brookshire Avenue.
