***UPDATE - Effective June 22, 2021, Downey City Council Meetings will be open to the public.

MASKS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE FULLY VACCINATED.

Members of the public wishing to address the City Council can do so in person during the public comment periods of the meeting.

Public comments will no longer be accepted via email or by telephone during the meeting.
