Santa is coming to Downey!  Join us for the City’s Holiday Caravan taking place Monday, December 12^th and Wednesday, December 14^th from 6PM to 8PM.  The Holiday Caravan will be driving by each location at the approximate times listed.  Don’t miss your opportunity to see Santa before he goes back to the North Pole!
