Building inspections may be requested Monday through Friday from 7:30a.m. - 3:30p.m. for next day inspections, excluding weekends. If the inspection is requested after 3:30 p.m., the inspection will be scheduled on the second business day.

Business License Inspections

Inspections for Business Licenses may be scheduled at the Building and Safety Division counter or by phone at (562) 904-7142. These types of inspections require the business to be ready to open, with all furniture and fixtures set in place.
