Due to the complexity of the permitting process, the Building and Safety Division has developed a fee schedule and valuation table. Construction and plan check fees are based on the project valuation which, for most projects, are determined by the Building Official. You may refer to the valuation table for these items. **Please note the valuation table may change without notice**

Please use this fee schedule to estimate the costs associated with a proposed project. Ultimately the fees will be determined at the discretion of the Building and Safety Division.

Fees for a proposed project will depend on the size and complexity of the project. Normally the initial discretionary fee(s) associated with the Planning Division approval(s) are charged independently of the Building review submittal and permitting.
