The Maintenance Services Division manages and maintains the City’s buildings and public facilities; vehicle and equipment fleet; streets, alleys and parking lots; trees, parks and public grounds. Maintenance of the City’s water, sanitary sewer and drainage systems, street sweeping and cleanup of illegal dumping are managed by the Public Works Utilities Division.

The Maintenance Services Division is comprised of four functional sections:
